Govee H5108 Bluetooth Thermometer
A freezer-rated Bluetooth thermometer. The wired probe goes inside the cold space; the body, batteries, and radio stay outside where they can be heard. Measures temperature to about ±0.3 °C, broadcasts a fresh reading every few seconds, and runs about a year on two AAA batteries.
SHT-30 Weatherproof Probe
A research-grade temperature and humidity probe in a weatherproof mesh tube on a 1 meter cable, wired straight to the gateway board. Measures ±0.5 °C and ±2 % RH, powered by the board itself: no batteries in the cold.
DS18B20 Stainless Probe
The classic sealed stainless temperature probe. Measures -55 to +125 °C at ±0.5 °C, submersible, and several probes can share one wire, so a single gateway watches every cold point on the property.
