Nobody here is selling you a platform. What we know goes on the page, free to read, so the next grower starts further ahead than we did.
What Open Agriculture Technology is.
Open Agriculture Technology is more than hardware and software. It is the methods, the know-how, and the working practices of growing, and the judgment to match a tool to the job. Appropriate technology means the right answer for the need, the budget, and the setting, whether that is a soil test, a change to how you irrigate, a five-dollar sensor, or the way you move a reading from the field to where you can use it.
Taking part.
Almost everything here is free to read and use, with no account. A few tools ask you to sign in, mostly the ones that save your own work. Make a login and you can share what you have figured out with the rest of the collective, and opt into a newsletter if you want to hear when something new lands. Read as a guest for as long as you like; the door is open when you want to give something back.

How do I get involved?
By doing the work: deploying the approach, writing up a problem and its solution, sharing a configuration, or answering questions. There is no application.
Is the site produced with AI?
