1830 Pleasantville Road
Forest Hill, MD

Pleasantville Beef is a 5th generation agricultural operation. We specialize in raising Black Angus beef with a focus on the best seed stock genetics and marbling possible. We retail and wholesale beef from our farm. We feel strongly that it is important in this world to preserve individual values, promote small businesses, create food security, and give our community choices in where they purchase their food. We love chatting with our customers and meeting new people. Whether you come up to the farm or you see us at the farmer\'s market, we love good conversation. It is more than just a hobby or a business for us. It\'s a way of life and a way for us to connect with our community by creating and sharing a product that we all love.

Before you go.

Farm stands and farm stores keep farm hours. Some open only in season, some are self-serve with an honor box, and some close early when the day's harvest sells out. A call or a look at their page before a long drive saves the trip.

Worth asking before you go:

  • What is in right now?
  • Cash only, or cards?
  • Do you sell by the case or the bushel for canning?

If you sell local product.

Coolers and display cases are where product is won or lost. These pages show how to watch them for a few dollars.
