A CSA share is paid up front for a season of regular boxes, usually weekly. You share the farm's good years and its bad ones. Before you buy, ask what a typical week holds, where and when pickup is, whether delivery is offered, and how the farm handles a lost crop. Farms that grow organically or naturally say so on the listing.
Worth asking before you go:
The pack shed cooler, the beds, and the numbers behind a good season, from the technology side of the Library.
