Plant Recipe Browser

Community-shared cultivation recipes. Browse by crop, method, philosophy. Forkable, attributed, CC BY 4.0.

About this library

The Plant Recipe Browser holds community-contributed cultivation recipes — feeding schedules, environmental targets, lighting plans — for specific cultivar × stage × method combinations. Each recipe carries author attribution and a CC BY 4.0 license unless the contributor specified another permissive license.

This is the public Library version: read-only browsing. The OAT Manage tier adds the ability to fork recipes, save modifications to your own recipe library, attach outcome data to your forks, and run them as the active recipe for your cycles.

How to use these

Recipes are starting points, not guarantees. Cultivar-stage-method combinations vary by phenotype, climate, water profile, equipment, and grower experience. Expect to iterate. Track your outcomes against the recipe baseline, fork when you find improvements, and contribute back when something works exceptionally.

Most recipes here express targets in elemental ppm rather than per-product dilutions. This is intentional — it lets you adapt the recipe to whatever brand you use. Compute equivalent product dilutions using the Nutrient Calculator.

Contributing

The Library accepts community contributions under CC BY 4.0 (or compatible permissive licenses). When OAT Library content publishing is open, the contribution flow will be:

  1. Author your recipe with cultivar, stage, method, and per-property targets
  2. Attach outcome data if available (yield, quality, cycle days)
  3. Specify license (default CC BY 4.0)
  4. Submit; community moderation review
  5. Published with attribution; available for forking

Free under CC BY 4.0. Cite as "OAT Plant Recipe Browser (openagriculturetechnology.com)". Recipe contributors retain authorship attribution per CC BY 4.0.
