The five tiers, in plain terms
| Tier | For you if… | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Library | You want free reference tools, calculators, recipes — no software needed | Free |
| Connect | You have sensors and want simple dashboards + alerts | Free up to 5 sensors / 1 cycle; freemium ~$5-15/mo |
| Manage | You run a working farm and want full operational software (cycles, AI advisor, recipes, equipment integration) | $50-400/mo |
| Enterprise | You need compliance (FSMA 204, METRC, NOP audit packets), multi-site, API, white-label | $500-2000+/mo |
| Sovereign | You need dedicated VM with full data isolation, custom domain, custom integrations | Custom pricing (typically $1K-5K+/mo) |
Tier graduation
OAT tiers are designed for organic upgrade. Most growers start at Library (free reference), graduate to Connect once they have sensors, then to Manage when they want full operational software. Enterprise serves compliance-driven operations; Sovereign serves the largest or most data-sensitive.
Your data ports forward at every transition. No re-entry, no migration headaches. The same sensor data, recipe library, and event log live across tiers — features unlock progressively.
You can also stop at any tier permanently. Many growers will live in Connect indefinitely; that's fine. Library users without accounts are equally welcome — you don't have to graduate.
