The journal does not have posts yet. The plan is short essays from members of the collective — field notes from real operations, hardware discoveries, automation patterns that worked, post-mortems on systems that did not, the occasional deeper look at a topic that does not fit anywhere else on the site.

What this will not be.

No content marketing. No "10 ways to improve your greenhouse" churn. No SEO-shaped pieces written backwards from a target keyword. No paid placements. No press releases. No reposted vendor announcements.

No AI slop. Posts may be drafted with AI assistance, but every published post is reviewed and put together by a person who actually knows the material. If a post reads like it was generated by a tool, please tell us — that is a bug.

No filler. If nothing worth posting has happened, the journal stays quiet. Most months will have zero posts. A few months will have several. Silence here is healthier than noise.

What it will be.

A working journal of the collective. Field reports. Hardware that surprised us. Automations that taught us something. Failures — the ones where the lesson is worth the embarrassment of writing it down. The occasional editorial about where appropriate technology is going.

Subscribe to the RSS feed when it goes live, or sign up for the newsletter in the footer if you would rather get them by email. Either way: posts arrive when they arrive.
